However, you’re fully protected by a 100% money-back return policy from the Third-Party Hosting Provider. Webinova is not responsible for products & services sold by us but which belong to our partners namely GoDaddy, Siteground, Bigrock & their partners or associates and subsidiaries.

Here’s how it works…

First 30 Days

If you are dissatisfied at any time during the first 30 days after purchase, simply put us a request through our support system or email with a proof of the error in the products or services offered to you. We shall further forward your request to the Third Party Hosting Providers or Domain Registrars and ask for a full refund of the money you paid us. If your request for refund holds valid and genuine as per the 3rd Party Hosting Provider’s Terms & Conditions, then You will get your money back. The decision to refund shall be at the joint discretion of the 3rd Party Hosting Provider and Webinova. Your other payment details, any dues to be cleared or amount for overuse of the services shall also be taken into consideration while making the decisions of refund. Please note that these procedures may cause an indefinite delay in the refund too. On valid reasons, for unused services & good faith, you shall be refunded. That’s a firm promise and commitment.

After 30 Days

If for some reason you are dissatisfied more than 30 days after purchasing using a multi-payment option (such as monthly or 3-pay), simply put us a request through our support system or email with a proof of the error in the products or services offered to you, and ask for a refund of any part of the purchase price you have paid in the last 30 days. We will refund that portion of the purchase price.

In order to obtain a full or partial refund under this policy, you must produce your purchase information (such as a copy of your receipt) so that we can make a refund, and the products should be in merchantable condition (i.e. we could resell them because they’re in good condition). Termination or can cancellation of services before the agreement termination period are subject to a server & data-center maintenance fee equivalent to the total price paid by you and the cost of used services.
